Nadia has enjoyed her career in a more male dominated work place and has witnessed the positive change that an increase in diversity and inclusion has had in the organisation. She mentored, provided guidance and continually inspires many new Rangers and fire fighters to challenge themselves in this rewarding career. Nadia has been a member of WAFA since its early days and is excited to become a board member to expand her skills, knowledge and experience and be able to bring back new innovative ideas to the ACT.
